No Frills. All Island Flavor.

“With the explosion of the food truck industry in Las Vegas over the last decade, Da Braddah’s Grindz has managed to create some of the most authentic Hawaiian dishes in the valley. With their brick and mortar recently opening in North Las Vegas, they are now a double threat to serve their dishes out of their food trailer or restaurant location. Their dishes are simple, elegant, and made to order. Whether it be their Moco-Loco or Da Imu Platter they serve up arguably the most authentic Hawaiian dishes in the valley. I’d would put them against any of the Hawaiian restaurant franchises or restaurant chains out there.”

10/10

“Happened to stumble across their food truck at First Fridays in the Arts District. You always know a place is good when there’s a line. We ordered the Bulgogi Fries and they were life-changing. Crispy, loaded with toppings, and the staff were amazing. 10/10 would go back again.”
